The Kiss is more than a card – it's a small gesture with great meaning. 💋💙💚

From a young age, Debby Peeters preferred drawing animals to people. Compassionate about the suffering and vulnerability of animals, she decided early on to become a vegetarian. In the past (and secretly still today), she was also obsessed with fairy tales and Disney films. The frog in this illustration is a reference to the princess and the frog. Thus, consciously or unconsciously, her work incorporates references to Alice in Wonderland, Aladdin, the Neverending Story, and Harry Potter. This allows her to always remain a little child.
